LACC encourages and prepares women to play a leading role in Nepal's social, legal, political and economic development. In order to accomplish this, it is engaged in mentoring training for women law students, leadership development trainings to local women leaders, capacity building training to women lawyers with a view to encourage them to occupy prominent post in their respective profession.
